Thank you for becoming a part of the Tamarac Youth Football and Cheerleading
program. The Tamarac Youth Football and Cheerleading league is a NON PROFIT
company operating under code 501 and assigned number 170532504023. Our official
address is 9901 NW 77th St Tamarac, FL 33321. Founded in 1997, we continue to
grow and be a part of the athletic programs operating within the City of Tamarac.
This organization is run 100% by volunteers, all board members, coaches, team moms,
concession operators and all others that help us are volunteers. We point this out as it
takes over 150 people, at various times during the season, to keep us moving and
providing a most excellent opportunity and environment for our children.
We are proud members of the American Youth Football League, which is the governing
body for ourselves and 15 other cities in the Broward and Palm Beach areas.
We pride ourselves with our ability to provide the children an opportunity to learn skills
of leadership, dedication, discipline and pride. It is our goal to not only have fun, but
make each day a learning event. We provide a fun and safe environment for our
children to learn and develop without fears. We encourage all participants to put forth
their best efforts and embrace the spirit of the TAMARAC COUGARS.
The cost of running our league exceeds over 100,000 dollars per year. The revenue
from registration covers about forty percent of the budget, but we could not exist
without the support of our community and the support of you, our corporate sponsors.
Without your support we would be unable to function and provide the necessary safety
equipment to play the game. Through your donation, you are providing an opportunity
for children to be able to participate in a sports league of this caliber and be a
functioning member of something special.
On the next several pages you will find a breakdown of the sponsorship levels and the
benefits provided by each level. We ask that you consider that you are not just making
an investment into our program, but are making an investment into our city and our
children. Please help us develop the youth of today into the citizens of tomorrow.
